Menu: Appetizer: Toasted crusty sliced baguette with Sicilian Castelvetrano olive salad with extra virgin olive oil.

Main entree: Seared chicken with mustard-cognac cream sauce & Sicilian Busiate pasta with goat cheese, spinach and hazelnuts.

Dessert: Ricotta, lemon-lavender olive oil cake.
